Do you accept returns and refunds on ready to wear collection?
We really hope it doesn't reach to that and you are happy with your purchase. In case you would like to exchange the size, then you can just drop us an email at care@hangrr.com stating your order number. Our Stylist will get in touch with you and arrange for a reverse pick-up and an alternate size will be sent to you completely free of cost.
In case, you would still like to return it for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund on your order within 7 days of your receiving date. We can only accept the product in its original and unused condition. Our 7-day 'No Questions asked Return Policy' is applicable on our 'ready-to-wear' or 'fixed size' collection only within India and does not apply to offline customers (Retail) orders.
My bespoke suit does not fit, what do I do?
Hence we do trials - just to make sure that your bespoke suit is nothing less than perfect. However, in the rare case this happens, please send us an email at care@hangrr.com and we will look into it. Based on your suit, we would either do a complete remake of your suit or issue you a complete refund with our store credit. We will not let you settle for anything less than perfect. <
How do I get my Hangrr suit altered?
If you would like to get your 'Ready to Wear' or 'Bespoke Suit' altered please send us an email and we would be happy to assist you with the same. In the unlikely event that there are some minor fit issues, we promise to alter the garment so it fits you perfectly and do it absolutely free of cost within 7 Days of you receiving it. We would pick the garment from you and deliver it back to you completely free of cost. Please do understand that once your ready to wear suit has been altered we will be unable to accept returns on the altered garment
